OUR Refund Policy

It is not anticipated there will ever be freshness or quality issues with the produce delivered to you by Riverland Fresh. Our motto is –"if in doubt, leave it out" – which means that if the quality of an item you have ordered does not meet our strict guidelines during packaging, it will not be put in your box, and the charge will be deducted from your purchase. In the event that a product is substandard or not available, we shall contact you to find out an alternative or to arrange a refund.

If for any reason you have an issue with the quality or freshness of an item you have received, or something is not quite right with your order; something missing or damaged, please do not hesitate to advise us within 24 hours and we will gladly provide a replacement product or refund to your satisfaction.
