Existing customers have the opportunity to earn credits on their Riverland Fresh account by referring people they know to our service. Each person you refer will earn you $10 credit, there is no cap, therefore, the more people you refer, the more you earn. Credit will be applied to your account once your friend has placed their first order, and written 'referred by [your name]' in the additional information box. Your credit can then be used when shopping online with Riverland Fresh. Referral Credits are valid for 3 months. Credits cannot be redeemed for cash. Refer a Friend Offer is for a limited time only.
Many things can affect our delivery schedules on a weekly basis. We can not guarantee that your order will be delivered at the same time each week. During very hot weather, we begin deliveries in the early hours of the morning, so you can expect our driver anytime from 4am onwards (work places will receive orders during normal business hours). We will always do our utmost to cause as little disturbance to you as possible during delivery, whatever time it may be.
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide us with a safe and secure place to leave their order if they are not home when we call in to deliver. Once delivered as per customer’s instruction, the order is no longer the responsibility of Riverland Fresh. Please ensure that if you have opted to pay by Cash On Delivery, that, if you are not going to be home, your money is left in a very secure spot and that you inform us of this spot when placing your order. If our driver cannot locate your cash payment, he will not deliver your order and you will be required to collect it from our packing facility in Barmera.
Our driver does not carry change, and therefore if paying by cash, you will need to have the correct money ready.
If an item you have ordered is not available, it may be substituted with a very similar or identical product. You will not be charged extra if the substituted product is of a higher value. For example: loose sweetcorn not available – substituted with packed sweetcorn. If we do not have a similar product available to substitute with, you will be notified on your order slip and credited for the missing item/s.
Customers will be charged a $5 fee with their first order to cover the cost of the foam box in which their order is delivered. The foam box plays an important part in keeping your produce cool and fresh. If the box is not returned to Riverland Fresh at the time of next delivery, or is damaged beyond use, an additional charge of $5 will be added to your subsequent order.

After finalising your order online, you will receive an email confirmation from us containing your order details (if you have provided your email address). This confirmation is normally received within a few minutes of ordering. You will then receive a second email if you have opted online payment, and it has been processed successfully.
You may receive reminders from Riverland Fresh via email or text message before orders close each week. Riverland Fresh may also communicate with you occasionally via SMS or email with specials or information. To opt out of receiving these messages, please reply with the word 'STOP'. Your details will then be removed from the automated messaging service.
