Delivery

Delivery Days and Deadlines 

We deliver to each town in the Riverland once per week according to the following schedule:

If you place an order before 10pm on a Wednesday night, you will receive your delivery on Saturday between 8 am and 6pm 


Barmera, Chaffey, Cobdogla, Cooltong, Loveday, Monash, Paringa, Renmark, Berri, Glossop & Winkie,  Bookpurnong Hill, Loxton, Loxton North Approx between 6 am to 2 pm 

Cadell, Golden Heights, Holder, Kingston-on-Murray,  Moorook, Morgan, Overland Corner, Ramco, Ramco Heights, Sunlands, Taylorville & Waikerie Approx between 2pm to 7pm

On a normal week, if you place your order before 10 pm on a Wednesday , you will receive your delivery on Saturday. On occasion, due to higher number of orders some towns may receive their deliveiries on Sunday. If this is to occur, we will communicate with you via text message and /or Facebook post.


We deliver within an approximate 5 kilometre radius of the towns listed above. If you would like to register your interest in deliveries to a town not listed, we would love to hear from you, please send us an email at enquiries@riverlandfresh.com

Delivery Times

Delivery times range from 7am to 7pm depending on the number of orders received, so please ensure you include instructions for somewhere safe to leave your order if you happen to be out when we drop in.

Public Holidays

When there is a public holiday orders and deliveries may change, we will notify the changes on our facebook page. Follow our facebook page for regular news and updates at www.facebook.com/riverlandfresh 

Automated Orders

If you would like to automatically receive an order each week or fornight, simply email us to arrange. You can change or add to your order at any time. You won't have to place an order each week, but instead will automatically receive your groceries to your door without a second thought! enquiries@riverlandfresh.com

Food Safety

We can assure you that at the time your order is delivered to you, it will be at the optimum temperature for maintaining food safety. Once your order has been delivered, it becomes your responsibility to maintain the correct temperature to ensure the safety of you and your family. If there is a chance that someone may not be home to receive your order, you will need to make other arrangements to keep your food cold ie leaving ice packs out for the driver to place in your box, having your order dropped to a neighbours or your workplace instead etc.

Delivery Fees Explained

Free Delivery for orders over $25.
Orders under $25 will be charged a delivery fee to bring their order total up to $26.

For example:
A $22.50 order will be charged a $3 delivery fee. Total cost = $25.50
A $20 order will be charged a $5 delivery fee. Total cost = $25
A $5 order will be charged a $20 delivery fee. Total cost = $25

The cart will automatically calculate your delivery fee as you shop. To check it as you go, please either:

  • click on the 'Check Delivery Details' button in the cart and enter your postcode while logged out
  • or login and click on the 'Check Delivery Details' button in the cart - your postcode will be used from your delivery address
     

Box Exchange

You will be charged a once off fee of $5 with your initial order to cover the cost of the reusable styrofoam esky. Unless the box is not returned, or is returned in an unusable condition, you will not be charged again with any subsequent orders. The box exchange fee is not refundable.
